Cropping and Photo Measurements
Measurements of the original image file are not the same of the paper sizes. Therefore, the image has to be cropped to match regular sized photographic paper.
If you don’t want any cropping done from the thumbnail image, you should specify to have it printed in “full image mode”. The image will be not cropped, and it will be printed in the paper size (5 x7, 8 x 10, 11 x 14) you wish, printing it as large as possible within the paper size, but leaving a white edge horizontally and/or vertically around the image.
